Pongal Celebration

    The Pongal celebration of Bethany navajeevan college of Education was held through virtual mode. The program began with opening remarks of Mss. Maria Subani Santhiya, first year student teachers sang the prayer song to invoke the blessings of God almighty, followed by the prayer song. Mis. Y. Esther, first year student teachers welcomed everyone with a warm smile.             To highlighted the significance of the Pongal festival.  Miss.                      REPORT         Bethany Navajeevan College of Education Organized the Art and Drama classes on 29-09-2021 and 30-09-2021 at 9.30 am in the Bethany auditorium. First day, in the morning session welcome address was delivered by Ms. N. Nanthiny, Second year student teacher who welcomed everyone with her warmful words. Then Dr. S. K. Bernet principal gave an introductory speech about the importance of art and drama in education. Then the demonstration class was conducted by Mrs. k Manimala, Msc D.C.E, art instructor. The program started at 10.05a.m with the opening remarks and introduction by Ms. Clincy Emie , first year student teacher .                Seminar on “Yes, I can”        Bethany Navajeevan College of education conducted “A special class on psychology” on 24 /03 /2022 at 11.00 am in the seminar hall. Rev. Dr. John Christopher OIC, correspondent welcomed the gathering and gave the introductory speech. He introduced the resource person                The resource person, Dr. K. S. The session began with five motivational quotes that every student teacher should say to themselves daily. By asking some questions he checked the IQ level of students. Farewell Celebration

                    Farewell Celebration                 Bethany Navajeevan College of Education conducted the farewell for 2020-2022 batch on 2nd july 2022 at Bethany Auditorium.  The theme of the farewell was “Memories are timeless treasures”.  The programme started at 11.00 am by invoking God’s presence by first year student teachers. MS. Ashika, first year student teacher welcomed the gathering with her sweet words.  It was followed by the farewell address by Dr. S.K. Bernet, Principal of Bethany Navajeevan College of Education. Bethany Navajeevan College of Education organised the swachh Bharat campaign on 01-10-2021 at 9.00am in our Bethany ground. The regular morning assembly was organised by section C student teacher of second year . We took the pledge of Swachh Bharat and our professor the introductory speech for the day. It was followed by the rally. We assembled ourselves according to our respective houses . The house leaders hold the respective house banner and all members were caps and hold the placards and we took a small rally from our campus to the playground to give awareness to all the students and teachers. We shouted the slogan “ clean India , green India , My dream India” and then we assembled ourselves in the college play ground according to our houses . To invoke the presence of God.  STUDENTS UNION COUNCIL ELECTION                          REPORT           Students union council election was held by Bethany Navajeevan college of education on 12-10-2021 at 2.00pm. It was conducted in the Bethany Auditorium. Our principal Dr.S.K.Bernet and all the faculty members were seated in the stage. The programme was conducted by Mrs.Ajila Angel, Asst prof of Biological science department. We all the students teachers were gathered in the auditorium.                           Camp Report                                 Day - 1                                Report              Bethany Navajeevan college of Education organized a one week citizenship training camp from 09.01.2023 to 13-01-2023 in Bethany campus on the theme "Renovating social skills.”            On 09.01.2023 at 9:30 am at Bethany auditorium the inauguration of camp is conducted. Bethany angels invoked the presence of God almighty. The dignitaries on the dias lighted the lamp. The gatherings were welcomed by Ms J.A. Jenisani, 1st year student teacher. The presidential address was given by Rev. Fr. George Thomas OIC, principal of Bethany Navajeevan Matric Hr. Sec. school. Dr. S.K. Bernet, principal of Bethany Navajeevan college of Education gave a camp introductory speech.           After the tea break the day was handled by Mrs. Enimal Roselin, Art instructor. She taught and displayed her works and instructed us to do wall painting, dream catcher and painting.

TRIP TO YERCAUD

              TRIP TO YERCAUD This is an educational tour to Yercaud, for the first and second year B.Ed. student teachers which has arranged by the management of Bethany Navajeevan College of Education. Bethany Navajeevan College of Education had arranged an educational tour to Yercaud, for which we the Bethanians were planning to execute our dreams to fulfil regarding our education tour. Indeed it was God's blessing that we were able to execute our plans as we decided. It was on 17/05/2022, we the Bethanians along with our principal Dr. S.k. Bernet, Prof. Ajila Angel, Prof. Irin Jeba and our librarian sir Mr. Victor and we the student teachers left the college at 8:00pm by bus. We started our journey towards Yercaud Killiyoor falls at 11:20 am followed by it we went to the highest view point at 12:50pm were I felt very happy and it was worth visiting. There was a place called Sri Chakaramaha temple which we visited at 1:45pm subsequently we visited karadi point at 2:10 pm. Follo

The Christmas celebration revolved around the theme “Peace and Joy ". The programme started at 9.30 a.m with a prayer song by Bethany angels. Then the lighting of lamp was done by dignitories on the dias. Then a student from Bethany Navajeevan Senior Secondary School welcomed the gathering. Next angel dance was performed by the Senior Secondary School students, followed by the Senior Secondary School student's carol song. Then the Christmas message was given by Fr.        CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION 2022 Bethaany Navajeevan college of Education conducted the Christmas function of 2022 on 22-12-2022 at Bethany Auditorium. The programme started by invoking God’s presence by first year student teachers. Next, a special Christmas message was wonderfully delivered by Fr. George Thomas, OIC, Principal, of Bethany Navajeevan matric school. After the speech, first student teachers Abisha and group sang a delighting song of Christ birth. Then the first year student teacher, Ms. Ruby David delivered the Christmas speech wonderfully. Next, the first year student teachers, Ms. Dora and group, presented the amazing dance performance on the theme of Christ Birth. Finally, the first year and second year student teachers exchange the Christmas gifts with their Christmas friends. The whole program was anchored by Mrs. Ancy Y and Ms. Sweena.

We celebrated the day on the theme “Sharing Peace Together with Teaching”. The program was performed with two teams. Each team consists of three members and one judge for judgement .                        INAUGURATION                               Report          Bethany Navajeevan college of education inaugurated B.Ed. 14 th batch with the glowing lighting ceremony by first year student teachers. After the lighting ceremony the oath taking event took place with the guidance of our principal, Dr.S.K.Bernet. It was followed by a prayer song by Nisha and group. They invoked the blessing of God through their prayer song.          The dignitaries on the dias lighted the lamp as the tradition of initiating the inauguration programme. Next, Dr.S.K.Bernet, principal welcomed everyone and explained about rules and regulations of college to the first year student teachers and their parents with his pleasant words.
