                      REPORT

                     A seminar on "Time management" was held on 21.09.2021 in the smart class room the opening remarks and foreward by Ms.Clincy Emie S.J had welcomed everyone with her cheerful welcome address. Afforwards  Mrs.R.M.Eugin Nirmala  Asst.prof of physical science delivered an remarkable introductory speech on the topic "Time Management". Notably ,all the faculty members had also been along with us during the seminar session.

                       The resourse person Mrs .S. R. Ajila  Angle Asst.prof of Biological Science BNCE emphasized the neccesity of managing time. The session began with the statement that "Time is our precious resource". To inspire the student teachers famous personalities like Helen Killer , Thomas Jefferson,Micheal Angelo,Leonard Da Vinci's way of managing time is stated to show that time is predominent to lead a successful life.

                        The benefits of managing time and why time management is mandatory in teaching profession is highlighted . Some of the benefits of managing time had been listed some of them are efficient, successful, more accomplishment,overcoming procrastination etc. The first session ended with a quote "The bad news is time flies, The good news is the pilot". 

                        After a short break, the second session started at 11:35 a.m . The resource person had set out some tips for managing time. The tips had given an insight to the student teachers . The hints to save time had been indicted for the welfare of the student teachers.

                         How to overcome obstacles and barriers for effective time management was explored last in the seminar session. Mam had also given some ideas and suggestions to make use of free time effectively . A task had been given to the student teachers inorder to encourage them in managing time.

                         The seminar session's feedback had been given by Ms.R. Ancy Aileen ,Ms. R. Vincy and Ms. Y. Esther . Atlast Ms . M. S. Ashika delivered the vote of thanks. The M.C was done by M. S. S. J. Clincy Emie. The seminar served as a tool to kindle the minds of the budding teachers to manage the time efficiently .
